Youth Connection will hold a bowling fundraiser as a COVID-friendly alternative to its annual Bowl-A-Palooza.
Participants who raise $50 or more by April 9 will receive a certificate to bowl at Seneca Lanes.
Bowl-A-Palooza serves as the major fundraiser for Youth Connection, which is a program of Family Service and Children’s Aid Society and is supported by The United Way of Venango County and the Titusville Region.
Through this community-based mentoring program, Youth Connection matches area youths with mentors who can offer guidance and support.
All funds raised through the bowling fundraiser must be turned in to the main office of FSCAS at 716 E. Second St. in Oil City by 4 p.m. Friday, April 9, in order for participants to receive their bowling certificate and to be eligible for a $500 door prize, which will be awarded Monday, May 3.
More information is available by calling Youth Connection at (814) 676-9940, Ext. 1228, or by sending an email to jwalters@fscas.org.
