Winners of the Winterfest cardboard box derby and snowman building contest held Saturday at Two Mile Run County Park have been announced.
Winners of the cardboard box derby were Avery and Aberum Sloane in the 3 to 5 year old category, Mylieh Matthews in the 6 to 8 year old category and Lincoln Fento in the 9 to 12 year old category.
The winner of the most creative sled was Colton Fento.
Winners in the snowman building contest included Tristan Silvis, Loni Lee Jr. and Connor Lee.
“Venango Fatherhood Initiative’s sixth annual Winterfest event was a great success. There were 60 people in attendance that enjoyed a fun-filled day,” said program director Anthony Rosario-Adams.
The event was sponsored by the Moose Family Center No. 78 of Oil City.
