The Franklin Fine Arts Council, Franklin Retail & Business Association, and Galaxy Federal Credit Union announced the winners of their Franklin Downtown Christmas Window Contest.
Window winners are Boutique Malo, first place; Barr’s Insurance, second place; Olde Liberty, third place; and Feldman Jewelers, honorable mention.
Outside decorations are Benjamin’s Roadhouse, first place, and Bella Cucina, honorable mention.
Sponsors include Franklin Fine Arts Council, Franklin Retail Association, and Galaxy Federal Credit Union.
