Oil City police said an Oil City woman who has been wanted since January was recently seen on security camera footage of the Walmart in Titusville.
Dee Ann Weckerly, 34, is wanted by police on an outstanding felony arrest warrant for criminal use of a communication facility for the sale of methamphetamine during December in Oil City.
Weckerly was seen with an unknown male of slender build and approximately 6 feet tall between 6 and 10 a.m. March 8 at the Walmart shopping center in Titusville.
Police believe Weckerly to be the former girlfriend of Daniel Kulling, 34, of Oil City, who was reported missing Dec. 26. He was last seen by his mother at around 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 23 at their home on Martin Street in Siverly.
Wenner said that the identity of the male seen on camera with Weckerly is unknown.
“We have an idea but we need outside verification,” Wenner said. “It’s not Daniel Kulling, I can guarantee you that,” he said.
Wenner said Weckerly was present during a confrontation between Kulling and others in the hours prior to Kulling’s disappearance.
In February, Kulling’s family announced they would pay a cash reward of $1,100 to anyone with credible information leading to the location of Kulling or leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for his disappearance.
Kulling is described as being about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds and having short blond hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at (814) 678-3080.
