A Venus man was killed in a one-vehicle crash that occurred late Wednesday night along Route 208 in Elk Township, Clarion County.
Colby O’Day, 24, died after being flown from the scene to a hospital in Pittsburgh, according to Clarion County coroner Terry Shaffer.
O’Day’s vehicle had struck a structure in the crash at about 11:50 p.m., said a Clarion County 911 dispatcher.
Clarion state police were assisted at the scene by firefighters from Shippenville and Knox, Shippenville Ambulance and Columbia Gas.
The scene was cleared by 1:40 a.m. Thursday.
Clarion state police hadn’t released more information about the crash as of Friday afternoon.
