A vehicle driven by a Franklin man landed in a creek early Friday morning in Jackson Township.
Franklin state police said Matthew Allen Burk, 21, was headed south on Falls Road about 4 a.m. when he lost control of his GMC Sierra pickup while trying to negotiate a turn. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled onto its drivers side before landing in the creek, police said.
Burk and two passengers all escaped injury, police said. The vehicle sustained major damage.
Burk was arrested for suspicion of DUI and charges are pending, police said.
