UPS closing Seneca customer counter

The UPS customer center at 259 Quaker Drive in Seneca will permanently close its customer counter on November 17, though it will continue to operate as a distribution center. After the closure, residents will no longer be able to process Amazon returns or ship packages at that location. Shipments can be dropped off at nearby UPS drop-boxes, while packages requiring labels or supplies can be handled at other UPS retail locations. Local authorized UPS service providers, like Oil City Agway, Arrowhead Outdoors Hardware, and others, will still offer some shipping services. The nearest full-service centers will be in Meadville and Butler.
