Jesse Macko has been honored as the UPMC Northwest Volunteer of the Year.
She was recognized at the annual volunteer appreciation luncheon sponsored by the UPMC Northwest Auxiliary.
Macko volunteers in the emergency department. She has been a volunteer for 10 years and has provided 2400 hours of service to UPMC Northwest.
“Her friendly demeanor and welcoming smile make her a valuable asset to the Northwest patient experience,” said Heidi Boitnott, director of emergency services.
