Two women, Virginia Knox of Titusville and Seippel of Franklin, have been charged after state police observed a drug transaction involving seven ounces of cocaine. On March 23, police saw Knox and Seippel acting suspiciously in a Cranberry parking lot, with Seippel briefly entering Knox’s vehicle. Later, police pulled over Knox, and a K-9 unit found cocaine in her car. Knox admitted to transporting drugs for sale, while Seippel confirmed picking up the cocaine from a known dealer and placing it in Knox’s car. Both women face felony drug charges and other related offenses.
