Ben Whitehill, of the Seneca Volunteer Fire Department, throws a limb off Route 322 on Victory Heights Hill on Sunday at about 5:30 p.m. after a storm knocked down a tree and blocked the westbound lane. Whitehill was joined by fellow firefighters Paul Marsh Jr. and Bill Boyer. Matt Eakin, who lives just up the hill, also assisted with his chain saw.
More storm damage was reported Monday morning by Irwin Township resident Tammy Widmer Higdon. Higdon provided photos (below) of Dog Hollow Road. Portions of both sides of the road have been washed out due to flooding caused by heavy rains from storms Sunday night.
