The council also approved an ordinance for registering foreclosed properties, to be managed by Hera Property Registry, and passed a bill making marijuana possession punishable by a non-traffic citation fine. Additionally, the council was informed about significant repairs needed for a city-owned vacuum truck, essential for maintaining the city’s water and sewer systems.
