Titusville Area Hospital will participate in the Crawford Gives 2020 event hosted by Crawford Heritage Community Foundation.
The 48-hour online fundraising event kicks off Monday and will run through Tuesday.
A portion of each online donation will be matched, making charitable donations go even further.
Funds raised during this event will be used for the hospital’s Rural Health Clinic expansion project. This expansion project will provide room for more primary and specialty care services. Among the new services is a dental clinic that will primarily treat the under-served children in the area.
A family medicine physician, gynecologist and psychiatrist will also be joining the Rural Health Clinic soon. Currently, the Rural Health Clinic sees over 16,000 patients annually.
Donations received through the Crawford Gives event are fully tax deductible donations under applicable federal and state laws.
