Members of the Titusville Fire Department, together with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, will fan out across the Titusville area today, boots in hand, asking for donations to MDA for the firefighters’ annual Fill the Boot fundraising campaign.
The collections will take place at intersections throughout the city from noon to 6 p.m.
Funds raised will help the MDA with resources and support.
The funds also will help give more than 55 local youths the opportunity to attend MDA summer camp at no cost to their families at Camp Kon-O-Kwee/Spencer in Fombell.
