The Cranberry Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Morrison Park in Seneca. The annual festival is held on the third weekend in September.
The car and motorcycle cruise-in will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the festival. T-shirts and dash plaques will be distributed to the first 100 participants. Food vendors will be present from 11 a.m. to closing.
Children’s games and events will be held throughout the day during the event at the park. A paint a car will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Cranberry Bake Off judging begins at 11:15 a.m. with the winners announced at 12:30 p.m.
The Hunt for Cranberry Red scavenger hunt will be held from noon to 5 p.m.
A Touch-a-Truck event will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Cranberry Mall.
The week preceding the festival includes additional community activities and the crowning of the Cranberry Festival King and Queen during a talent show and ceremony from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Seneca Volunteer Fire Department’s fire hall.
