The annual Taste of Franklin event returns this Saturday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., offering local residents a chance to enjoy food samples from 14 downtown businesses. Hosted by the Franklin Retail and Business Association, tickets cost $40 and include a bag for leftovers and a bottle of water. Attendees who visit at least 10 locations will be entered for a door prize. The event, previously held in August, was canceled in 2022 and 2023 due to staffing shortages but returned last year with positive feedback despite cold, rainy weather. Registration starts at 12:30 p.m. at the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce.
