TITUSVILLE — A free public open house will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at the Tarbell House at 324 East Main Street, Titusville.
Visitors may tour this three-story Italianate home which was constructed in 1870. Light refreshments will be available. Another open house is scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, during Titusville’s Oil Festival.
In addition to visiting this historic property, guests will be able to enjoy the special display of a privately-held collection of more than 35 teapots ranging from the 17th century to the present courtesy of Lois McElwee of Oil City.
