Sugarcreek Borough police arrested William Clayton, 19, of Ellwood City, after they received a tip he was in Pittsburgh.
Police said in a report Clayton raped a juvenile girl and solicited nude photos from several other juvenile girls.

Clayton was transported from Pittsburgh to Venango County and arraigned before district judge Matthew Kirtland at 1:35 a.m. Thursday, police said.
He was lodged in the Venango County jail on $85,000 cash bond, police said.
Clayton has been charged with a dozen felony counts.
