The Starlite Xpress baton group will hold open registration as well as its first practice for the 2024 marching season Thursday at the Polk fire hall.
Ages 4 through grade three will sign up and practice from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., and fourth grade and higher will sign up and practice from 6:15 to 7 p.m.
A second registration will be held Thursday, April 18, also at the Polk fire hall, and practices will continue Thursday evenings at the fire hall.
Starlite Xpress participates in parades throughout the summer in the local area.
