Seneca man involved in 2022 crash pleads guilty to homicide by vehicle

Logan Miller, a 26-year-old from Seneca, pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault, and DUI, in connection with the death of 61-year-old Michael McSparren, who was struck by Miller’s vehicle in Cranberry Township in October 2022. Miller, under the influence of drugs and alcohol, hit McSparren while driving a BMW, failing to react in time. McSparren was taken to a hospital but died from his injuries. The case was under investigation for over 10 months, with no witnesses to the crash.
