The program looks to inform residents about the rights and restrictions that come with a concealed carry permit.
The sheriff’s address will focus on guidelines and procedures for obtaining a concealed carry permit and will also touch on firearm safety, law enforcement encounters and issues surround the use of deadly force, a press release from the Pennsylvania Masons said.
The event is open to the public and the release notes that weapons will not be permitted in the lodge.
