The Rocky Grove High School Class of 1979 held its 45-year class reunion Aug. 10 at the Sandycreek fire hall in Franklin with 44 class members in attendance. Class member Geoff Ritchey planned to attend but became too ill to travel and passed away the evening of the reunion. A memorial table was set up for the 17, now 18 classmates who have died since 1979.
