During their meeting earlier this week, the Venango County Economic Development Authority set rates for rent on the fifth floor of 100 Seneca.
On Tuesday, the authority voted to set rates for renting a desk at the co-working space and to rent the conference room on the fifth floor of 100 Seneca.
The co-working space will have 10 to 12 desks available for rent.
During the meeting, county commissioner Ken Bryan said they continue to have “positive conversations” regarding the Cranberry Mall.
Bryan also said he has been talking with a company out of Texas that is looking to repurpose small regional airports for drone transportation of packages.
The board also voted to pursue three Main Street Matters grant opportunities for blight remediation in Oil City, exterior wayfinding signage for 100 Seneca and to do a study on updating the upper floors of buildings along Liberty Street in downtown Franklin.
