The Franklin office of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole is looking for a Franklin man who failed to report for a meeting with his parole officer.
Thomas Wesley Hazlett, 45, is on probation on charges of hindering apprehension, criminal conspiracy to commit forgery and criminal conspiracy-ID theft.
A warrant for Hazlett was issued earlier this month. He is five feet, six inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.
Hazlett also goes by the alias of Thomas Wesley Andrews, according to online court dockets.
