Anyone looking for an over-grown small lap dog? Well, you’re in luck! Oscar is holding auditions for his new snuggle buddy and is testing all laps today. Nervous that your lap isn’t up to snuff? Bring some toys with you and take a seat in the sunshine, Oscar will come right over. This three-year-old boy is very affectionate, and very comfortable expressing his feelings. He was brought to us when his owner passed away. He loves playing with his toys, tennis balls, and belly rubs. He needs a family who can provide him with tender loving care and get out his energy. Come meet this gem of a dog. Visit Oscar at the Venango County Humane Society from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
