Bowzer is a pug mix about 1.5 years old. He was dumped near interstate 80 because his owners didn’t want to take the time to surrender him and his brother. Thank goodness a kind person brought them to us. Bowser weighs 29 pounds and is taller than a standard pug. Bowser is in a foster home. Below are notes from his foster Mom:
