A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon in Franklin, according to Venango County 911.
The incident took place at the intersection of 13th and Elk streets at about 12:40 p.m., the 911 dispatcher said.
The Franklin police department is investigating the incident.
No other information has been released by authorities.
