The Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry and Tourism is facilitating an online contest in which local businesses and groups will earn tourism awards.
“The ORA is excited to recognize the best of the best in hospitality in our region,” said Emily Altomare, who is the communications and tourism manager for the Alliance.
People can visit www.OilRegion.org to vote for their favorite restaurant meals, drinks, guest rooms, landmarks, and more from among the nominations that were collected during May.
Voting for the tourism awards will be open through Aug. 31, Altomare said.
Winners will be announced in September at the Alliance’s annual meeting.
