State Attorney General Dave Sunday appointed Oil City native Ben Wren as deputy chief of staff, where he will oversee Communications, Government Affairs, Constituent Services, and Public Engagement while advising the attorney general. A 2003 Venango Catholic High School graduate, Wren previously worked as an associate and consultant with Long Nyquist & Associates and served as a spokesperson for Sunday’s 2024 campaign. He also held roles as chief of staff in the state Senate and a longtime adviser to President Pro Tempore Kim Ward. Sunday praised Wren’s experience and connections, emphasizing the value he brings to the Office of Attorney General.
