An Oil City couple, Emma Lou Pepper and Christopher Joseph Mozurak, are facing drug charges after being found with drugs in their vehicle on February 10. Police discovered Pepper passed out in the car and Mozurak, who was inside a store, had a suspended license. After obtaining a search warrant, officers found Xylazine, fentanyl, and Clonazepam in the vehicle. Both face multiple charges and are held in Venango County jail, with preliminary hearings scheduled for Wednesday in Central Court.
