In conjunction with its Community Development Block Grant program, Oil City will begin conducting demographic surveys on Thursday for a street reconstruction project on a part of Division Street from West Seventh Street to the dead end.
To determine grant eligibility, federal regulations associated with the program require a demographic survey be conducted on all families benefiting from the reconstruction project, according to a news release from the city.
