Oil City police are trying to locate a 23-year-old man.
Police said Steven T. Martin was last seen around 2 p.m. Saturday at his residence in Oil City.
He is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has brown hair and beard and blue eyes, police said.
Martin was last seen wearing a Tapout sweatshirt, blue jeans and cowboy boots, according to police.
He is deaf and has diminished mental capacities, police said.
Anyone who has seen Martin is asked to contact Oil City police at 678-3080.
