An Oil City man, Jose Martinez III, 24, was arrested after allegedly stealing a car early Sunday morning. Martinez reportedly demanded the owner’s keys, chased him, and fled in the car, which police later disabled via GPS. Martinez was found with fentanyl and faces multiple charges, including robbery and drug possession.
