The Veterans Bridge in Oil City, closed since June, is set to reopen during the week of August 19, with the entire project expected to conclude in September. Prior to reopening, remaining tasks include electrical work, applying latex concrete, and ensuring the safety of barriers and railings. Although some minor work will continue after the reopening, traffic will remain open. The $2.7 million project, fully funded by federal money, is being handled by Swank Construction Co.
