Josephine “Jo” Lauer, born in 1935, has lived a life full of love, community, and resilience. Raised in Titusville and later moving to Oil City, she met her lifelong sweetheart, Wes Lauer, in high school, leading to a 69-year marriage. Known for her warmth and generosity, Jo has been an active member of Grace United Methodist Church for over 70 years, volunteering in the kitchen and delivering flowers to those in need. A devoted family matriarch, she created cherished traditions, from home-cooked meals to hosting lively Easter egg hunts. With an enduring zest for life and an ever-present smile, Jo continues to inspire those around her as she celebrates 90 wonderful years.
