Felicia (Phyllis) Rizzone Dolecki, a lifelong resident of Oil City, is celebrating her 90th birthday on Monday, July 29. Born in 1934, she worked at her father’s grocery store and later at Kresge’s, Pennzoil, and the Venango County Courthouse. She enjoys spending time with friends and organizing class reunions. Phyllis married Frank Dolecki in 1956 and they raised two children, Mike and Julie, before Frank’s passing in 1983. She now cherishes time with her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
