Franklin Area High School students are set to showcase their musical and dance talents in the 95th annual Musical Broadcast tonight and tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium. Directed by music chair Steve Johnston and teacher Amber Martino, the show is a student-centered musical revue where participants audition for their spots. Rehearsals have been ongoing since January, culminating in dress rehearsals this week. The performances will feature choir and solo singing, duets, dances, cheerleading routines, and a trio called the Liberty Street Little Band. The Franklin Area High School Stage Band will also provide live accompaniment and perform its own pieces. Tickets are $5 at the door.
