Milling and paving in Franklin will be done Friday, Saturday and Monday by IA Construction.
Work will start in the 1200 block of Otter Street, the 1000 block of Elk Street, the 900 and 1100 blocks of Buffalo Street, the 1100 block of Elm Street and the 200 blocks of Orchard and Missouri streets.
Work will continue next week in the 200 blocks of Orchard and Missouri streets, the 400 blocks of Pacific and 16th streets, Spring Street, Washington Street from Meadville Pike to Polk Street, Franklin Avenue and Pearl Street.
There will be no parking on these streets while work is in progress, and vehicles may be towed if not moved.
There will also be temporary traffic delays, road closures, and detours in effect on these streets.
Inclement weather and equipment breakdowns may alter and/or lengthen the work schedule.
