A 38-year-old man was taken into custody Thursday night by Franklin police on a warrant.
Police said Nathan Turk, known to officers to have a warrant for his arrest through another Venango County agency, was taken into custody shortly after 11:40 p.m. at an establishment in the area of Eighth and Liberty streets.
Turk was also found to be in possession of drugs and other paraphernalia, police said.
He was transported to the Franklin police department, where he was processed on the drug violations and turned over on the warrant, according to police.
