Man facing aggravated assault charges after incident at park

Joshua Andrew Jack, 34, from Franklin, is facing aggravated assault charges following an incident on Friday at Two Mile Run County Park, where he allegedly fired a weapon. Jack is accused of confronting his ex-girlfriend and another individual at the park, pointing a handgun at them, firing one round, and demanding they leave. As the pair left, Jack discharged another round into the air. Police later found the spent rounds and discovered that Jack, who has a prior conviction, is prohibited from possessing a firearm and lacked a valid license. He faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday.
