A Franklin man is facing charges for allegedly supplying at least two minors with drugs and alcohol in exchange for nude photos from April through August.
Sugarcreek Borough police said Dennis Oakley Brink, 44, supplied the minors with marijuana, “a white powdered substance that Brink told (the minors) was Adderall,” alcohol and money.
In a criminal complaint, police said the minors detailed instances where Brink would participate in drug activity and drink with them at either Brink’s residence or his vehicle.
Brink is charged with two felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and two misdemeanor counts each of corruption of minors and sell/furnish liquor etc. to a minor.
He was denied bail and classified as “a danger to society” at a preliminary arraignment Wednesday, and he remains lodged in the Venango County jail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled Sept. 9 in Central Court.
