Major Morgan Plus Max Schang, who will perform blues and soft rock tunes, will perform at the Billy’s has Karma concert series from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. There is a $5 cover at the door that goes directly to the Lyric Theatre. February sponsors include The Oil City Arts Council and C. Culbertson.
