The Oil City Arts Council’s annual Jolly July 3rd festival will be held from to 10 p.m. Wednesday at the James A. Nelles Memorial Swimming Pool area and parking lot in Hasson Heights.
Activities will include face painting, inflatable slides, caricatures, balloon animals, stomp rockets and a special appearance from the Tree Family Party Pigs.
This free and family-friendly event, which is open to the public, will also include food trucks, live music, kids activities and more.
Food vendors will include Mad Mac’s BBQ, Deets’ Sugar House, No Bull Concessions, Baked Goods from Heaven, Venango Snow and pizza from Domino’s.
The evening will also feature live music from The Evergreens and Bummer Country and will be topped off with fireworks from Pyrotecnico sponsored by Oil City Firefighters Local 700.
Attendees are encouraged to take lawn chairs or blankets.
