CEO Armando Saldana (third from left behind the bar), Franklin Quality Inn co-owners and brothers Sunny Singh (navy blue shirt) and George Singh to Sunny’s right, Franklin restaurant manager Paige Cook (center) and Taco Inc. COO Said Saldana (behind Cook and Sunny Singh) speak with waiters and bartenders in the new Taco Inc. restaurant in the former Liberty Street Ale House space in Franklin on Monday. The restaurant, which also has four other locations all in Pennsylvania, held a soft opening over the weekend and is fully launching this week after completely renovating the space during the past few months.

Taco Inc., a modern Mexican bar and grille, has opened in Franklin’s Quality Inn and Conference Center, replacing the former Liberty Street Ale House. The restaurant, led by CEO Armando Saldana and his son Said, received a warm welcome from the community during its soft opening. With over 25 years of experience, Armando has curated authentic Mexican recipes for the menu, which also includes options like steaks, salads, and a kids’ menu. The restaurant, which has been fully renovated, features a full bar with nine flavors of margaritas. The Saldanas, who previously operated Salsa’s Mexican Grille, are pleased with the positive feedback and are committed to being an active part of the Franklin community.
