Victory Elementary School was the overall winner of the Electric Lights parade held Saturday during Franklin’s Light-Up Night Celebration, receiving a prize of $300.
The top place winners in the parade’s four divisions were as follows:
Division 1 (Churches and schools) — Central Elementary School, first; Christ United Methodist Church, second; Venango Technology Center, third
Division 2 (Business, industry, and retail) — Milestone Pediatric Therapy, first; Next Step Therapy, second; King of Spades Landscaping, third
Division 3 (Service organizations) — Clarion/Venango Dairy Princess, first; Venango County Suicide Prevention Task Force, second; Two Mile Run County Park, third
Division 4 (Small vehicles and walkers) — Will’s Christmas Blow-ups, first; Jeanne-Jamming Jeep, second; Peterson Pools & Spas, third
