The eastbound and westbound lanes and the on-ramp from Route 66 to eastbound Interstate 80 reopened late Friday afternoon as work keeps moving ahead on the Clarion River Bridge preservation project on I-80 in Paint and Monroe townships in Clarion County.
There will be occasional daily lane closures both eastbound and westbound as project contractor Swank Construction of New Kensington completes the epoxy, line painting and approach slabs.
Anticipated closures will occur Monday and at the end of July, and any additional closures will be announced as needed.
The $5 million project is anticipated to be completed in late September.
