KNOX – The Knox Public Library will reopen to the public today, with limitations.
Masks are required for all visitors, and hand sanitizer will be provided for use before browsing.
The library is operating with limited hours – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
The library is closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and remain with the adult at all times. Toys and games aren’t available in the children’s area at this time.
Computers will be available for patron use, but a 30-minute time limit will be enforced. Headphones won’t be available, so patrons are asked to bring their own or purchase a set at the library.
Copy, print and fax services will be available.
The library is still offering curbside service.
The library will have a summer reading program via online service, and registrations for Summer Reading Quest are being accepted.
Book donations aren’t being accepted at this time, and the used book sale area is closed.
