As we step into 2025, we’re reflecting on the progress made last year while laying the groundwork for what’s to come: a regional coalition all working toward the common goal of resilience and equitable community redevelopment.
But progress doesn’t happen overnight. It begins with a vision, a plan, and the determination to see it through. This year, we’re excited to take the next steps, moving from planning to action in ways that will not only transform spaces but also engage and inspire the people who call them home.
One way we’re bringing this vision to life is through our new Pellere in Motion video series. This series will capture the stories behind our work, showing the heart, grit, and raw effort it takes to transform challenges into opportunities. From hands-on cleanup efforts at 403 W 2nd Street to the innovative energy solutions in our regional strategy, these videos will reveal the reality of the work—every obstacle faced and every triumph earned.
Our efforts in 2024 were just the beginning. Over the next few weeks, we’ll share more about what’s in store, from personal insights into the people behind Pellere in Motion to a closer look at the community impacts of our work.
As we reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re going, one thing remains clear: every step forward, no matter how small, builds toward something greater. This year, we’re ready to roll up our sleeves, pick up the pace, and keep the momentum going.
