JM Warren Buildings is constructing a new headquarters

A flagship central company headquarters for JM Warren Buildings is under construction just south of Franklin, across from Maurer’s Trading Post on Route 8. Project manager and sales representative Zac Richey said the storage building and showroom will likely open in the summer.

JM Warren Buildings is constructing a new headquarters on Route 8 near Franklin, set to open this summer, providing office, storage, and showroom space for customer consultations and material selection. Previously operating from home, the company aims to centralize operations for better service. Founded 30 years ago by John Warren and now run by his son Matt, JM Warren specializes in post-frame buildings, including barns and barndominiums, across western Pennsylvania. The company looks forward to becoming a part of the Franklin community and enhancing customer service from its new location.
