Jeep lovers roll into Two Mile Run for weekend ride

With a volunteer driven guide vehicle in front, visitors to the Ten Miles 4 Two Mile Jeep Run navigate a tight trail on a five mile north loop, on Saturday morning.

Off-road Jeep enthusiasts gathered at Pioneer Flats for the fourth annual Ten Miles 4 Two Mile Jeep Run during a dry and sunny weekend. Participants from Western Pennsylvania and Ohio navigated two five-mile easy trails or a more scenic 10-mile trek around the dam. The event saw an increase in participation, with nearly 200 registrations and about 50 volunteers assisting. Highlights included Matt Winters’ first off-road experience with his 2018 Jeep Wrangler and Jenny Miles enjoying the trails in her 2022 Jeep Gladiator. Organized by Patty Elliot, the event raised funds for Two Mile Run County Park, promoted its recreational opportunities, and fostered camaraderie among Jeep lovers.
