Hunting licenses will go on sale across the state starting Monday, and Venango County hunters can purchase licenses at the county treasurer’s office in the courthouse annex.
The first day that the treasurer’s offices in Pennsylvania can accept doe license applications is three weeks later on Monday, July 8. These applications will be accepted by mail only and should be sent to the Venango County Treasurer’s Office, P.O. Box 708, Franklin, 16323.
Lifetime hunting licenses are also available.
